Ingrown toenail?

I've had an ingrown toenail for a while. It was infected for a while and now the infection is gone. The ingrown toenail is still there (obviously) and I'm wondering on how I can get it out myself? I don't currently have insurance and cannot afford to get it done. Again, it is not infected, just there.Ingrown toenail?
You can try the following steps at home to relieve the pain caused by your ingrown toenail and help the nail to grow out naturally:

Soak your sore toe in warm water for 15 minutes 2 to 3 times each day.

Wedge a small piece of cotton, such as part of a cotton ball, under the corner of your ingrown nail. This will help lift the nail off of the skin.

Soak your toe and change the piece of cotton each day until the nail grows out and can be trimmed.

Do not use a sharp object like manicure scissors to dig under your nail, because the toe might get infected.

Do not try to use a needle to drain the pus from your toe. This could make the infection worse.

While your ingrown toenail is healing, wear comfortable shoes or sandals that do not press on your toe.Ingrown toenail?
Find some tweezers and just try to pull it out. I would take some advil a little bit before in case it hurts afterwards.
Cut a ';v'; in to it it'll grow back worked for me!!!!!!!!!!!!
you have to let it grow out.

don't touch it at all.

don't touch the dead skin around it,

don't try to remove any puss that may be there,

don't cut the nail, LEAVE IT ALONE!

just put a band aid on and leave it at that.
depending on which side its on gently file it so that it stops hitting your skin, if that doesnt work soak your feet to soften them and then cut a V shape, be very careful though because you dont want to get another infection from cutting too much

you can also take some cotton from a cotton ball(just a bit) and slide it under the corner that is poking, this relieves the pressure of it digging into your skin
It cost me $320 to get it done. It doesn't hurt the slightest bit. The only thing that hurts is the needle.
DO NOT CUT IT IN A 'V'

it will not work

I have ingrown toenails too, just try not to cut them round

and to do so, you'll probably need to wait for your nails to grow a bit

The easiest way to get it out is to soak your feet in warm water until your skin get soft and then take a nail clipper that that little filer attached to it and try to dig it out. It will hurt
