Ingrown Toenail With Blood?

One of my relatives slipped on ice and ';stubbed'; her toe. Now part of her toenail is in her toe. What do we do now? and would this be considered an ingrown toenail? Do we need to go to the hospital? Is it dangerous!?Ingrown Toenail With Blood?
I would think it depends on the severity of the wound. Her nail was probably at least somewhat curved to be able to puncture the toe, I would think... Not that it matters.





The nail does need to be removed from the wound, and it should be washed well and covered. Infection is the biggest risk. If the wound looks like it needs stitches, or if you think it's bad enough where a medical professional should be removing the nail, go to the emergency room.Ingrown Toenail With Blood?
it is not very dangerous, but you should visit a doctor cause the nail needs to be taken off. it麓s more a traumatic toenail than an ingrown one.
