I only have 5 toes on each foot, and Bella has 4 on each foot, where did you get 6 from? There are 5 fingers on each hand, but one is called a ';thumb'; so that leaves 4 fingers. But you should see a foot doctor, at this time I can't think of the medical name.
Just cut it off. You don't need it anyway. Just be sure to put alcohol on it to keep the infection out.
umm honey theres 4 toes on both feet. :]
