i went to take the nail polish off my toenails and noticed it was discolored and it looks like there is a new nail underneath but what im guessing is the old nail is attached to the top. is there a new nail growing and is the one on top going to come off?Is it a new toenail growing?
could be fungus. schedule an appt w/a podiatrist
