It has already been resolved. I have had a needle in the foot though and yes it hurts a lot. They will numb the area first with an topical anesthetic prior to the needle so you'll be OK. You'll find much relief after the procedure. Cut your toe nails straight and make sure you don't let them dig into the skin anymore. Although I'm sure you know that now.
