For anyone that has had a permanet toenail removal done...?

when they were starting to numb your toe, honestly, did the shots in your toe hurt? For anyone that has had a permanet toenail removal done...?
I have had this done three times now. The very first shot never feels good, but after that the fluid takes effect quickly. If you have a problem with needles, most doctors will put some gel around the needle entrance area so it helps numb your toe a little bit first. Also they put a rubber band around the base of your toe that makes the pressure build up and I've noticed that helps with the pain too.For anyone that has had a permanet toenail removal done...?
YES! god it hurts like crazzyyy omg!

and they leave it in there FOREVER but i was like younger so i guess it won't hurt as much if you're older.
only for like 2 or 3 seconds. Then you don't feel a thing, it is kinda cool to watch them after it's numb, cause you know it should hurt alot, but it doesn't.

I have had a few of them over the years, but the shot only burns a little, doesn't really hurt. At least not bad. You can ask them to use the nitrogen spray so you won't feel the needle, but truthfully, that hurts almost as bad as the needle does. But then again, I am a former Marine, so my idea of pain and yours may differ.
