Ingrown toenail on a small toe not big toe?

ok so basicly today i found that i had an ingrown toenail on my 3rd toe on the left foot. i soaked in epsom salts and its less red and swelled but still there, what do i do? is it the same as in ingrown in a big toe?Ingrown toenail on a small toe not big toe?
Yes, it's partly genetic and partly wearing shoes too tight across your toes. The first time I had an ingrown toenail removed, it was done by a doctor. Since then, I keep it trimmed and have gotten used to the pain. You can put neosporin+pain, oragel, or ice on it to deaden it first, but be very careful if you do your own because you don't want to cut too deep and make it bleed.
