well try going to a doctor and see what he says he might prescribe medicine or something cause it sounds pretty serious. and i think there is a type of medcine out right now but if i am not mistaken its called lamisil but i think thats the toe stuff....well i hope this helps.....and i hope ur bro gets betterToenail infections?
He needs to clean it and go to the Dr. for the infection he can clean it with soap and Water and then use peroxide and then put an antibiotic on it for starters. But I would go to a Dr!
Try soaking his foot in Epsom salts. Mix about a cup in a bucket of warm water and soak the affected foot one or two times a day. I did this when I had a foot injury, the doctor was considering doing a sking graft, and soaking it really helped, now it's healed.If you don't have any, it's at nearly all drugstores, Wal-Mart has it near the Band-aid section.
